E-Governance Offered by Connect India Covers to and fro of Government documents to Customers, Businessmen or Government

Electronic governance or e-governance is a channel created for the online delivery of government services, and the integration of other stand-alone services between government-to-customer (G2C), government-to-business (G2B), government-to-government (G2G) as well as back office processes and interactions within the official framework. E-governance aims at providing these government services to all citizens in a convenient, efficient and transparent manner. The Government of India has established Common Service Centres (CSCs) across India to provide basic electronic facilities and create a structure for the outreach and delivery of a multitude of government services and similar banking and financial services including subsidies, grants and more for the rural populace.

Connect India is a uniquely poised last mile delivery company with a physical network of brick and mortar retailers as franchisee owners for the last mile delivery. This extensive network augments our reach and we have an established outreach centre in up to 1x1 sq km grids of the inhabited landscape. This serves as a favourable climate for e governance, and Connect India will soon launch a wide array of e governance services at all Connect India centres. We have also received support from the Government of India, and a number of existing CSC centres will launch full-fledged CIC operations for their dedicated neighbourhood areas.
